Rubbish

All household waste must be placed in closed plastic bags and deposited in the rubbish bins located outside the complex.

Noise

The hours in which noise is prohibited are:
Sunday to Thursday 22:00 -> 8:30
Friday and Saturday 23:00 -> 9:30

General

Residents must close all the access doors to the garages, as well as keep the main doors of the urbanization always closed.

*Guests are advised to wait at the entrance ramp until the large gate closes in order to prevent anyone from entering the complex.
